What to Send — once My Happy Place Quilts confirms the reservation
Use this as your project-specific checklist after we have confirmed the reservation and told you where to send it:
Packing Reminder
- Place the quilt and project materials inside a clean waterproof plastic bag or liner, then place that inside a clean, dry, sturdy shipping box.
- Do not vacuum-seal the quilt.
- Use trackable inbound shipping and provide the tracking number to My Happy Place Quilts.
- Label separately supplied materials with your name and project ID.
- Include a printed copy of this Project Summary & Sending Checklist in the box.
